The INTEGRA partners are preparing for the final international workshop that will be held in Jelenia Góra, Poland on April 3-5 2024. This event is pivotal for the INTEGRA project and its partners. This culminating event provides an invaluable opportunity for the stakeholders to converge, share insights, and engage in comprehensive discussions aimed at consolidating the project’s outcomes and charting its future trajectory. As the capstone gathering of the project, this final international event serves as a platform for the collective reflection on the challenges encountered, the lessons learned, and the accomplishments attained throughout the project’s duration (see Result 1 – The “Immigrants – Different Ways of Integration” pubblication).
Specifically, partner have been working on the development of the INTEGRA online course and e-learning platform. Each partner focused on the creation of Open Educational Resources on the topics of cross-cultural awareness, diversity, stereotyping and tips for learning the language of the host country.
Notably, the final workshop also serves as a pivotal stage for preparing to the testing phase in May 2024 and gathering feedback and insights from a diverse range of stakeholders, including people with migratory backgrounds, adult educators, migration policy experts, and community representatives working with immigrants.
This inclusive approach not only enriches the discourse with multifaceted viewpoints but also ensures that the project’s results are aligned with the overarching needs and aspirations of the target audience. Furthermore, the workshop is poised to catalyze knowledge exchange and facilitate the dissemination of best practices, thereby contributing to the broader dissemination of the project’s findings and innovations.
